The Christlicher Kulturpark promotes charitable purposes within the meaning of §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO; confirmed by the Goslar Tax Office with a notice according to § 60a para. 1 AO. This makes donations tax-deductible. In January of the following year, you will receive a donation receipt with a list of your donations. For amounts up to 300 Euros, a copy of the bank statement with recipient details and date is sufficient for the tax declaration; in this case, we issue certificates only upon request.
