We assume that the figures mentioned here will often need to be adjusted. The costs for purchasing the land are not applicable, as we are discussing a leasehold agreement. This results in a lower initial investment, and the land costs are represented as an annual lease payment. Currently, donation commitments of approximately 2.5 million euros are being mentioned; for the construction of Noah’s Ark, we must reach the goal of approximately 12.5 million euros. Depending on the financing basis, Noah’s Ark will be built first; in parallel, the exhibition content will be developed, and finally the walkable park will follow<\/span>.<\/span> <\/p>

Due to Lothar Gassmann’s visit to the “Encounter Park in Kentucky” in April 2024, we have received current figures on visitor numbers and local admission prices, which can be used for business management evaluation. Approximately <\/span> <\/span>1 million visitors per year mentioned<\/a><\/span>,<\/span> which per day<\/span> <\/span>would result in 2,777 visitors. (Note: according to Vice President and Co-Founder Mark Loy, the park in Kentucky cost approximately 100 million dollars in 7\/2016 and is now debt-free) If we conservatively assume 500 visitors per day at a ticket price of \u20ac20, this would result in a monthly revenue of approximately \u20ac300,000. Per year, approximately 40 million people<\/u><\/b> travel along the A2, Europe’s most heavily trafficked highway, at this location.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

For the assessment, the location and concept must be evaluated; in Kentucky, the creation theme predominates, accompanied by a zoo. However, our park will have at least five separate attractions. One of the largest and most interesting Bible exhibitions in the world; the “Park of Encounters” (also separately accessible for a small admission fee); the science exhibition with new and largely unknown presentations; and the cultural-historical themes will also appeal to their own target audience. This is complemented by a regularly updated themed exhibition. The creation theme is addressed both in the Ark and in the scientific exhibition. According to our assessments, the overall attractiveness of the CKP is therefore to be rated as very high. <\/span><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
